Join us in our mission to minimize blight and enhance Vollintine Evergreen's safety, well-being, and appearance.
Blight threatens public safety, lowers property values, and degrades the quality of life. We actively partner with Memphis and Shelby County Code Enforcement so 311 calls and blight@memphistn.gov complaints are handled promptly, and that any issues related to neglected properties or city code violations are addressed.
