The Design Review Meeting is a preliminary meeting with the DPD staff, Memphis Landmarks Commissioners (MLC), neighborhood representatives, and applicants to discuss major Certificates of Appropriateness (COA) applications.

Attendance to this meeting is not mandatory, however we strongly encourage all applicants to attend the meeting.

It's a fantastic opportunity to get initial feedback from the Landmarks staff and Commissioners regarding your projects.
