Teens Mentoring Seniors in Technology: Young leaders from East High School's DECA team are making a meaningful impact by assisting seniors at the Lewis Senior Center through the "Teens Teach Tech" initiative.
In our fast-paced technology world, it's essential for seniors to feel connected. The students are teaching indispensable skills such as cybersecurity, mobile phone basics, and online bill payments, helping to bridge the gap between generations.
We hope this inspires both our teens and seniors alike! Thank you to District 7 Councilwoman Dr. Michalyn Easter-Thomas, Memphis Parks, and East High School DECA for hosting this great two-part event! We are so proud of these talented and giving teens!
